Custom Design Service, an electrical contracting business that has been serving communities throughout New England for over 30 years. Our phone is answered 24/7 by a trained Customer Service Representative and not an answering machine. Emergency calls for services are provided within one hour. We come to your home with fully stocked clearly marked company service vehicles. Our technicians will survey what you need done and give you an up front price in writing before any work is performed. Our technicians are polite, skilled, fully certified, clean and neatly dressed in a company uniform with their name on the uniform.
Our office hours are from 7:00 AM till 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
After 5PM our phones are automatically forwarded to our answering service. No one will put you on hold or ask you to please wait until they can get to you. Your emergency needs are very important to us.
