Our lights in the entire upstairs had gone out. We checked the breakers and everything appeared OK. We called an electrician we found in the yellow pages that said "Free Estimates", "24 Hour Service", etc.
- I called at 7:30 am. They didn't arrive until 8:30 am the next day. The electrician stated, after half an hour, "You're gonna have to rewire the whole upstairs lady. It will cost between $600 -$800". I almost cried. Then he handed me a $65.00 bill for the FREE estimate.
So then I called Custom Design Electric for a second opinion. I couldn't have been more pleased. I wasn't talked down to, my husband and I were walked through the whole trouble shooting process with the electrician. Within an hour my problem was solved.
My lights were on, and I didn't have to rewire the upstairs. I even scheduled 2 more appointments to correct miscellaneous electrical problems he discovered.
