Custom Design Service's Installation and Service Technicians are the cream of the crop. We hire only competent, clean, courteous professionals of sound character and high integrity who respect you, your family, your home and your time. They will care for your home by wearing shoe covers to protect your carpets and floors. They will not smoke or swear in your home and have passed drug screening. They will clean up when they are finished and take personal responsibility for your satisfaction. When they have finished in your home, if they have not performed to the above high level of service, you will not pay until you are completely satisfied.

Property Protection Guarantee
All property such as lawns, shrubbery, carpeting, floors, walls, furniture and door frames are protected. Damaged property will be replaced or repaired at customer’s discretion. Protective shoe covers and hall runners will be used on all work and traffic areas.

$100 Installation Guarantee
If we don’t have your new system operating by the date promised, we will pay you $100 for your inconvenience. (Weather permitting on outdoor installations)

$100 No-Frustration Guarantee
If your system breaks down during the first year and leaves you without heating, cooling, or power, and we fail to repair it within 24 hours; we will pay you $100 for your inconvenience. (Excludes specialty order parts)

Generator

In addition to the above guarantees, Custom Design Generator offers a 5 year extended warranty on parts & labor*. All generator installations come with a standard 3 year parts & 1 year labor warranty.

Electrical Panel & Main Service Guarantee

We offer a Lifetime Warranty on a new electrical panel or main service*. We guarantee that all materials used will be as specified and up to code in your area.

Electrical Equipment & Fixture Guarantee

If any equipment or fixture fails during normal use in the first year, we will either repair or replace the item at no charge to you. **If a repair fails within the first year, we will repair it again absolutely free.**

Heating and Cooling

When you invest in a new central heating and/or cooling system, operate it in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manuals, and have us maintain the system annually, our Performance Guarantee provides you with the ultimate peace of mind protection. Performance Guarantee
We guarantee that the system we have installed in your home will perform as stated. If the system expectations are not achieved, we will make any necessary modifications, repairs, or replacements at no charge for a period of 5 years.
